Our story

Little Brood grew from my love of handmade toys and the magic of small world play, something that became even more special after having children of my own.

Watching my first child's imagination come alive through tiny scenes and simple toys reminded me of how powerful play can be. It allows children to connect, feel calm and create moments of wonder using their own creativity. 

Each toy is carefully handcrafted to spark the same feeling- toys that invite story telling, exploration and gentle play. Made with love and care, these timeless toys won't just be loved today, but for generations to come.

Most of my toys are made by skilled Nepali women artisans, all made from high quality wool and designed by myself in the UK. 

Some of my toys are made by myself such as the felt trees and some playmats. I state in every listing what is made by who and where.
